Job Description
KBD Talent Forge India Pvt Ltd is actively looking for a committed Collection Executive to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to recover overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and addressing billing disputes. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma (a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance is preferred) and have 1 to 3 years of experience in collections.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary range: ₹120,742.74 – ₹501,775.52 per year. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and a Provident Fund.
Work Location: On-site.
