Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Commis 2 – Tandoor to join our culinary team. In this role, you will support the preparation and cooking of authentic tandoor dishes while working under the supervision of experienced chefs. A strong understanding of tandoor cooking techniques and Indian spices is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include preparing tandoor mise en place, operating the tandoor oven, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with preference given to those knowledgeable about tandoor methods. Culinary certification is a valuable asset.
