Job Description
We invite you to become a part of THE CENT HOTEL (a unit of KSP HOTELS PVT LTD) as a Hotel Guest Relations Executive (GRE). In this pivotal customer service role, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and memorable experience for our esteemed guests.
As a GRE, your primary responsibilities will include warmly greeting guests, addressing their inquiries, managing any complaints, and effectively coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest needs. You will serve as a key point of contact, significantly enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary: ₹12,295.94 – ₹29,556.07 per month
