The successful candidate will oversee daily factory operations, ensure top-notch product quality, and contribute to business expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations and supervise staff effectively.
- Develop production schedules while ensuring rigorous quality control.
- Handle customer inquiries and foster strong client relationships.
