Job Description
Alcon is seeking a talented Payroll Associate I with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant payroll experience. A graduate degree in Accounting/Finance and US payroll experience in a multinational company are preferred. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess knowledge of Workday, ADP Smart Compliance, Kronos, and SAP.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to work US shifts (5 PM to 2 AM IST) is required.
