We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Your role will involve providing quality patient service, maintaining good patient relationships, and managing registration processes efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Case sheet management and online updates
- Ensuring timely scheduling and report dispatch
- Handling patient queries and coordination with doctors
- Telephone etiquette and effective communication
- Collecting patient feedback and achieving high satisfaction rates
