Job Description
Emcor Impex India Private Limited is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 6 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be a certified quantity surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from initial calculations to final value.
- Estimate costs, quantities, and timelines.
- Prepare tender and contract documents.
- Identify and assess commercial risks.
- Assign work to subcontractors and oversee completed work.
- Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards.
Work Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,976.79 – ₹40,00.00 per month
