Job Description
The Billing Staff at our café is responsible for managing the billing counter, generating accurate bills, handling customer payments, and maintaining records of daily transactions. This role is vital to ensuring smooth customer service and efficient cash management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th grade or equivalent; hospitality diploma is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in billing or cashier roles.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rush hours.
- Trustworthy and punctual.

Schedule: Evening shift, Weekend availability
