Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Female Telecaller to join our team.We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in telesales or customer handling. You will play a key role in converting leads, providing product information, and assisting customers in both online and offline sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
• Explain product features, prices, and offers clearly and convincingly.
• Generate leads and close sales via phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure smooth delivery and service.
• Handle post-sales customer support and feedback.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
• Experience in telecalling or sales (machinery/industrial products preferred).
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge is a must.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach
