Job Description
Job Title: Data Modeller – GCP
Location: Chennai (On-site – 5 Days Working from Customer Location)
Experience Required: Minimum 6.5 Years
Budget: ₹18 to ₹20 LPA
Work Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data Modeller with strong expertise in designing and implementing data models for OLTP and OLAP systems, with a focus on performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Data Modelling for OLTP and OLAP systems
- In-depth knowledge of Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modelling
- Strong experience in Indexing, Partitioning, and Data Sharding for optimising performance
- Understanding of factors impacting database performance for near-real time reporting and application interaction
- Proficiency with at least one Data Modelling Tool, preferably DBSchema or Erwin
- Good knowledge of GCP Databases such as AlloyDB, CloudSQL, and BigQuery
- Functional knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry will be an added advantage
Additional Details:
- This is a work-from-customer location role based in Chennai, office presence is mandatory
- Candidates not stationed in Chennai but willing to travel 5 days a week can apply — travel expenses will be covered by the project team
