Job Description

We Shine Academy is inviting applications for the position of a motivated Female Educational Counsellor. In this role, you will engage in outbound calls to prospective students, offering detailed information about our courses, fees, and available study modes (online and offline) to facilitate enrollment.

Experience: A background of 1-5 years in educational counselling or a related field is preferred. Salary: Competitive compensation ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹25,00 per month, with additional incentives based on successful admissions. Qualifications: A valid degree is required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both Tamil and English, proficiency in MS Office, and have effective persuasive abilities.
