Job Description
Altruist Fostering Services is seeking an Admin Executive with at least 1 year of work experience to become a vital part of our team. This position is based in our infrastructure organization located in Churchgate/CST, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and inventory management.
- Provide secretarial support such as drafting emails, data entry, and filing.
- Coordinate with teams to facilitate seamless daily operations.
- Assist in identifying relevant tender opportunities and compile submissions through research.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel and Word, with excellent English communication skills.
