Job Description
Welcare Hospital is seeking qualified and committed candidates to fill the position of Blood Bank Technician. The primary responsibilities include conducting blood collection, grouping, cross-matching, and component separation. You will also ensure the proper storage, labeling, and documentation of blood units while maintaining cold chain and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will assist in donor screening, counseling, and phlebotomy, adhering to NABH and NACO guidelines for safe transfusion practices.
Eligible candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BSc MLT) and preferably have certification in Blood Bank Technology. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a licensed blood bank, along with knowledge of regulatory compliance, is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
