Job Description
Phoenix Cars India Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic female candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive. Freshers are encouraged to apply!
Key responsibilities include maintaining the customer database, making service reminder calls, taking appointments, and providing feedback calls. You’ll also be tasked with professional call handling, record-keeping of customer interactions, and following up on requests and complaints.
Additional duties include conducting insurance renewal reminder calls and promoting BharatBenz Insurance. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay of ₹10,00.00 – ₹14,00.00, benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund, and a day shift schedule.
