Job Description
We are a distinguished lounge bar located within a 4-star hotel in Thrissur, and we are on the lookout for an Experienced Captain to enhance our team. This full-time position offers an attractive salary along with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all lounge bar operations.
- Lead and inspire service staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our guests.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess at least 3 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation: Monthly salary between ₹20,00.00 and ₹22,00.00, plus additional benefits.
