Job Description
Mindlogic Renewables is actively looking for a committed Quality & Production Supervisor to join our CNC machine shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing process charts and engineering drawings.
- Efficiently allocating machines and manpower.
- Coordinating with clients to ensure project alignment.
- Supervising procurement processes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Overseeing quality inspection to uphold product standards.
- Managing dispatch operations to guarantee timely delivery.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits include life insurance, overtime pay, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The role requires in-person work with a day shift schedule. Expected start date is July 15, 2025.
