Job Description
Dream On Travel is looking for a dedicated Client Associate with experience in customer communication, calm package explanation, and effective complaint management. In this role, you will foster strong relationships with travelers, track inquiries and conversions, maintain accurate booking and refund records, and collaborate with our operations and marketing teams.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, fluency in Tamil and English, and a good understanding of travel destinations is a plus.
