Job Description
Royal Land and Developers is seeking a skilled Electrician cum Plumber to join our team at our Kelambakkam/Padur location. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and lighting fixtures. Additionally, you will perform plumbing tasks such as fitting water lines, taps, and tanks.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building construction and possess knowledge in both electrical and plumbing work. An ITI or trade certificate is preferred, and local candidates will be given preference.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹20,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
