Job Description
Are you a motivated job seeker? Charter Mercantile Agency is currently hiring Collection Executives (Voice) to join our team in Kakkanad, Cochin. We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately.
Responsibilities: The selected candidates will manage both inbound and outbound collection calls, provide debt-related solutions, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in team meetings.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong English communication, listening, and negotiation skills, have basic computer knowledge, and be open to working in shifts. Preferred applicants have 0-1 year of relevant experience.
Salary: The position offers a competitive salary of ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month, along with health insurance and cab facilities.
