Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking a committed Loan Executive to become a part of our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting village surveys to identify and source new customers, as well as creating Joint Liabilities Groups. Key tasks will entail performing KYC verifications, completing enrollment forms, entering customer data, reviewing credit bureau reports, and providing training on company processes and policies.
Ideal candidates will conduct house verifications to assess members’ living standards, oversee loan disbursement, and monitor loan utilization. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary between ₹18,00.00 and ₹22,00.00 per month, accompanied by benefits such as health insurance and flexible work hours.
