Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of PDU Executive. The role requires visiting properties mortgaged with KMBL within the commercial and consumer banking sectors. Key responsibilities include completing the APF process through site visits, conducting meetings with builders, and verifying original documents.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with preparing valuation reports, reviewing external documents, and coordinating with vendors for report collection and billing. A strong knowledge of property locations, along with strict adherence to bank policies and procedures, is crucial. Furthermore, the candidate will need to provide updates to the sales/HO team on current real estate market trends.

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory for this position.
