Job Description
Pon Pure Chemicals Group invites applications for the position of Customer Support Executive at our Head Office located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are looking for dedicated candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers, adeptly managing their queries and delivering daily Management Information System (MIS) reports.
The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills and proficiency in Excel. A bachelor’s degree is required, and fluency in both English and Tamil is preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
