Job Description
Adissia Developers Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated Guest Relations Executive to elevate our client service experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with project inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, managing reception duties, handling phone calls, maintaining records, supporting events, and addressing customer grievances.
Candidate Requirements: Male applicants are preferred, with a minimum education of a graduate degree and 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Exceptional communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
