Job Description
Surana Fashion Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will engage with customers, address inquiries, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
