Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls to address client queries and make outbound calls for collections, informing clients about pending EMIs while pitching various products.
- Follow up on cases to ensure resolution within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Liaise with other departments to resolve cases effectively.
