Job Description
Talent Connect 360 is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our voice support team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their inquiries related to education and migration to Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage voice calls.

- Update client records in our CRM system.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Requirements:
