Job Description
JVW Technologies is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for our International Voice Process. In this role, you will manage inbound calls from international customers, address their inquiries effectively, and deliver exceptional service through clear and professional communication.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months’ experience in an International BPO environment, particularly in US processes. Applicants must be willing to work rotational night shifts, five days a week, and should be available for immediate joining.
Location: Hongasandra, Bengaluru. Salary: ₹22,00 – ₹30,00 per month, with a two-way cab facility provided.
