Job Description
Guardian Life Insurance Company is looking for a dedicated Team Member (TM) to join our Associate Operations team. The TM is responsible for providing timely and accurate information to participants, working closely with the Delivery Manager to identify process improvements, and resolving participant concerns. Key duties include executing issue resolution, ensuring service accuracy, and maintaining documentation of standard operating procedures.
We are seeking candidates who can work evening/night shifts, show flexibility for business needs, and may occasionally work extended hours or weekends. A willingness to travel and alignment to Gurgaon or Noida is required.
