Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator to provide 12×5 support (U.S. EST, 8 am to 8 pm). The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Control-M Administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and job scheduling.
Key responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting issues, security management, and automation. The candidate should also handle critical issues, maintain documentation, and optimize Control-M workflows. Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and basic scripting is preferred.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts is required.
