Job Description
Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal is seeking a dedicated Assistant Medical Superintendent to support the Medical Superintendent in managing medical staff and ensuring the effective operation of clinical and ancillary services. Responsibilities include collaborating with heads of clinical services to create protocols for quality patient care, enhancing nursing procedures, and implementing systems for monitoring and improving care quality.
You will also be involved in developing policies to protect staff and patients from injuries and infections, participating in the recruitment of medical personnel, and delegating duties appropriately.
