Job Description
The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. In this role, you will manage daily operations and schedules, collaborate with various teams, format internal and external communications, and take minutes during meetings. You will also prioritize follow-up and action items, manage travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
Additionally, you will ensure the secure maintenance of confidential documents and evaluate necessary subscriptions and memberships for timely renewals.
