Job Description
Join Lavoro HR Solutions as a Service Coordinator in our Computer Showroom located in Coimbatore Vadakovai. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments, managing service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling service appointments with customers.
- Tracking service requests for timely resolution.
- Updating customers on service status.
