Job Description
Cosmоsoft Technologies is seeking a dedicated General Assistant to support our administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling: Managing schedules for meetings and ensuring room availability.
- Communication: Maintaining a contact system and taking meeting notes.
- Document Handling: Faxing, mailing, copying, and filing documents.
- Supplies: Purchasing necessary office supplies.
- Packages: Signing for and distributing packages.
