Job Description
Vikas Bhatewara Ventures is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, maintaining the reception area, handling inquiries, managing schedules, and liaising with vendors. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
This is a full-time position with day shift hours.
