Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team at Dantom Resources. In this role, you will conduct customer satisfaction surveys, manage incoming calls, and provide seamless communication. Assist customers in selecting products, handle complaints promptly, and inform them about promotions.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in customer care, strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu, and must be able to work during the day shift.
