Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advocate to join our Political Party as a Legal Advisor. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel and collaborate closely with the Party President on diverse legal and constitutional issues.
Key Requirements:
- Senior Advocate with experience in High Court cases.
- Proficient in Constitutional Law.
- Experience in drafting Writ Petitions and PILs.
- Ability to represent cases before High Court and Supreme Court.
- Familiarity with India’s political landscape.
- Commitment to attending office every alternate day.
Qualifications: LLB/LLM. Compensation: CTC: ₹25,00/month, Working Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri, 2 PM to 7 PM.
