Job Description
Fortune Accessories is seeking a capable and friendly Front Desk Executive to join our team at the reception area. As the first point of contact, you will report to management and perform essential administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Copy, scan, and file documents.
- Maintain a tidy reception area with professional etiquette.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate with knowledge of MS Office and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for female candidates.
