Job Description
DINGG is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. You will provide exceptional after-sales service and foster strong relationships with our existing customers.
Your key duties include ensuring 100% software usage, addressing customer queries, and effectively solving daily problems. You will also renew and upsell our products.
Requirements: Experience in a Customer Success role, excellent communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to upsell. Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
