Job Description
MBD Group is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Executive to join our team. This full-time position involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Candidates should have a solid understanding of computer hardware components and experience with software installations and configurations.
Strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential for this role. You will handle multiple support requests while ensuring timely resolutions. Weekend availability and a willingness to travel 100% are required.
Pay ranges from ₹9,363.78 to ₹23,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and a Provident Fund.
