Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Telecallers to join our team at the Center For Episcopal Fellowship In India (CEFI Diocese). This role involves reaching out to churches, pastors, and congregations across India to introduce and promote our seven ministry services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to serve faith-based communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with churches and pastors about our services.
- Answer inquiries on pastoral ordination, assessments, and more.
- Build relationships with ministry leaders over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
