Job Description
GENESYS AI LABS is looking for enthusiastic Male and Female Customer Service Executives for our virtual reality dome at SARATH CITY CAPITAL Mall. You will manage daily operations and ensure a memorable experience for customers.
As a key team member, you’ll explain our Super Reality Dome adventure and assist in training. Freshers are welcome!
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Languages: English and (Hindi or Telugu)
Pay: ₹12,00 to ₹15,00 (Full-time); ₹6,00 (Part-time, 5 PM to 10 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage ticketing and cash
- Maintain cleanliness
- Report issues to leadership
