Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic individuals for the Voice Process in the Banking Domain at our CBD Belapur location. This role involves managing inbound customer service inquiries related to login and payment issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Details:
- Process: Banking Process
- Nature of Job: Inbound Customer Service
- Salary: ₹28,00 – ₹36,00 (in-hand) + ₹3,00 attendance bonus
- Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, Graduate with 6 months of Banking BPO experience
Shift: Day Rotational (8 AM – 9 PM), Sundays off
