Job Description
Experience: 1 year in International BPO (US process experience preferred)
Education: HSC/Graduate
Location: Mumbai (WFH/WFO, but candidates must be from Mumbai)
Salary: ₹25,00 to ₹37,00 plus incentives
Shift: Night shift / Rotational (5 days working)
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Provident Fund, Performance Bonus, Cab facility
Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, prior experience in international customer service or processes such as US collections, medical billing, or sales.
