Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts for legal compliance.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and vendors.
- Ensure timely contract execution and maintain records.
- Collaborate with legal teams on contract issues.
- Monitor contract performance and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in US contract management.
- Strong knowledge of US contract law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹258,644.25 – ₹1,257,808.36 per year
