Job Description
TCS Chennai is hiring for the position of HRO Payroll. This role is based in Chennai and requires working from the office (no hybrid, remote, or work from home options).
Work Experience: Over 8 years in HR and Payroll, managing various HR Transaction services, including client escalations and team management (15+ associates). Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Kronos is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, customer management, and presentation skills are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce.
