Job Description
GramPro Business Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the identification and coordination of Sangam (Joint Liability Group) formations. Key duties include:
- Identifying new Sangam groups.
- Working closely with Unit Managers for the successful formation of these groups.
- Increasing membership by adding new members to existing Sangam groups.
- Collecting installment amounts at the agreed intervals.
- Handling necessary documentation and reporting.
Experience in customer service and microbanking is preferred.
