Job Description

Reports To: Workforce Management Manager
Job Summary: The Workforce Management Scheduler at Spotshine Consulting will create and manage employee schedules to meet operational needs. This role involves analyzing data and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee schedules based on forecasts.
- Utilize workforce management software for shift assignments.
- Monitor compliance to ensure service level agreements.
Experience: Preferred 2 years in WFM Scheduling.
