Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure technical support and a strong functional knowledge of desktop, hardware, messaging, and networks. This role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must have prior international voice process experience.
Desired qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, or ITIL Foundation. Responsibilities include providing customer and technical support, addressing user queries, and ensuring efficient communication with users.
