Job Description
VServeSolution is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in both email and phone communication.
Details:
- Night Shift Timing: Flexible (Typically 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM / 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)
- Typing speed: Preferably 25 words per minute
- Preferred knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and experience with SAP
- Work Location: Office-based (as specified by the client)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Language Requirements: English (Required), Hindi (Preferred)
