Job Description
Route Mobile is seeking a dedicated and qualified Company Secretary for the position of Executive – Compliance based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will oversee secretarial compliance for assigned companies and LLPs, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations. Responsibilities include organizing board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining statutory registers. The role also involves timely filings of annual returns and managing requests from various departments.
Qualifications include being a Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai/Thane who can join as soon as possible.
